- Minimum Purchase of Two Boxes: At least two boxes of Nomore Hang must be purchased, including promotional offers. Only applies to large boxes.
Refund for Unopened Boxes Only:
- (In other words, if you bought two boxes and tried one without success, you can return the unopened box. Once we receive it, we will process the refund for you.)
- Refund Process Time: Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is unopened and intact, the refund will be processed within 7 days.
- Refund Amount: The refund will be calculated based on the average purchase price per box. The company reserves the final decision.
- Order Platform Restriction: Refunds are only available for orders placed through our official website. Orders from other platforms are not eligible.
- Suggested Usage: The product must be used according to our recommended usage instructions and still found ineffective.
- Time Limit: Refunds for ineffectiveness are only available within 6 months from the date of receipt. No refunds will be issued after this period.
