DELIVERY POLICY

  1. Our Courier partner would usually successfully deliver the parcel within 1 - 3 working days from the date of shipment (Our daily shipment schedule is from Monday to Saturday, No shipment on every Sunday or national public holidays).

DELIVERY FEES:

  1. All purchase is free delivery within Malaysia & Singapore。

In the event of delay on the delivery, we would recommend for self-collection at the designation deporting branch of our delivery partner to avoid effects on the product Affected customers may also contact our customer service representative for more info.

We do not assume responsibility or authority for the operations of our delivery partner. Your kind understanding is much appreciated.

REARRANGE DELIVERY:

If the unsuccessful delivery happens due to the error of contact number/ address (provided wrongly) or customers didn’t pick up our calls, a re-delivery fee will be charged. The customer is to provide an alternative contact number should he/she be unable to collect the items during the scheduled delivery time.

DELIVERY DELAY / LATE DELIVERY:

Bad weather or unforeseen circumstances such as heavy rain, storms, accidents or others will affect delivery.
